Our story began with a farmers market stall back in 2011, where our founder Ming von Bargen introduced the very first steamed bao buns to San Antonio under the name Ming’s Thing. Since then, we’ve kept growing along with the city: we now have two locations, a Spurs culinary residency, plus a newly opened Ming's Cafe. We’re honored to have served San Antonio for over a decade.
